Microsoft’s next Halo game is heading to Xbox One. The reveal began with a cloaked figure wandering a desolate wasteland. This figure was later revealed to be the one and only Spartan 117: Master Chief. A cryptic reveal with some non-information shared after the teaser. The game will be an FPS, feature the Chief, and run at 60 frames per second.

Dead Rising 3 revealed
Capcom made an appearance at Microsoft’s conference with a live demo of their open-world zombie game Dead Rising 3. The game will be available at launch exclusively for Xbox One. I’ll post the video when it becomes available.
Xbox Live Updates
Xbox Live has some new features including sharing your account with all users on your console, paying with local currency and moving away from Microsoft Points, and an unlimited friends list. The account sharing will be nice and save people money and people have been clamoring for years about moving away from Microsoft Points and the friends list cap.
Drivatar is back in Forza 5
Absent since the first game, Turn 10 is bringing back the Drivatar for Forza 5. Now syncing up with the cloud, you will be able to play against your friends based on how they race even when they’re not online.
The Drivatar was a feature in the first Forza Motorsport and allowed players to create a digital profile of how they race in-game. This allowed players to race against themselves (in a way) and allowed them to simulate races based on how they would (theoretically) perform on a track. With Xbox One’s increased power (a substantial leap over the original Xbox) and the cloud, the simulation will be able to be more realistic and precise. It’s exciting to see the return of this feature and how it will expand the possibilities of what can be done in gaming.
Killer Instinct (Update: Teaser)
We’ve been waiting for it for years now, and Microsoft has heard our cries. Killer Instinct is coming back and it will be exclusive on Xbox One. The reveal wasn’t the most robust thing on the stage, but it’s incredibly exciting.
Ryse re-re-revealed as Ryse: Son of Rome (Update: Video)
Announced back in the day as Codename: Kingdoms, then re-revealed as a Kinect game, Ryse comes back as an Xbox One exclusive titled Ryse: Son of Rome and will be available at launch. The demo they showed appeared to be entirely rendered in-engine in real time and it looks absolutely gorgeous.
Xbox 360 Redesign
At their conference today, Microsoft showed off a brand new redesign of the Xbox 360 which is available starting today. They also promised revamped features for Xbox Live including the new promotion to download (for keeps) two games per month.
